a note from jessy sullivan...

I believe that growth is a choice.  I have learned over time that facilitating or coaching for growth has more lasting impact than training for growth.  And the distinction lies in who truly owns the intention.  Thus my choice to become a Leadership Coach.  I relish the opportunity to partner with my clients in their own choices and intentions to grow.  And in so doing, I too never stop growing.  Nothing better!

With regard to specifics about me and my experience, I am an ICF PCC certified Leadership Coach with many years of experience in professional development and coaching with McKinsey & Co. I also have more than a decade of experience in operational roles in big and small companies.  I have a BA from Stanford University, an MBA from Harvard Business School and certification in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University's Institute for Transformational Leadership.  I am MBTI (Myers-Briggs) certified, EQI 2.0 certified and EFL (Equine Facilitated Learning) certified. I am a coach/trainer of EFL practitioners for The HERD Institute; I am regional leader for the ICF (International Coaching Federation) of Northern VA, a member of the HBS Club of Washington DC and an active volunteer for Bridle Paths Therapeutic Riding Center in Leesburg VA.

I live in Northern VA with my husband and two large dogs. We also have two wonderful grown and launched boys. When not coaching, I relish time in nature - walking, jogging, hiking, kayaking, skiing, sky-gazing, or just plain wandering and wondering. May we all find moments of wonder and awe each and everyday!
