one on one leadership coaching
You've made the decision to invest in your growth. Whether you're looking to have a greater impact within a current role, make a transition to another role, improve on some very specific leadership skills or whatever the aspirations might be, our work together begins with a clear definition of the objectives for you. We will seek to get an understanding of self and perceived self through contextual exploration which may involve 360 input. Definition of clear values and your “why” is important foundation. Beyond this, the big and ongoing work: we will identify potential strategies to change, including the “what and how” of your leadership, work and life. Ultimately, you try stuff. Reflect on the trying. Shift as needed. Hold onto things that work. Keep practicing. Repeat. Eventually, through this journey, you’ve arrived at new ways of being and showing up as a leader that are energy-creating and sustainable for you and highly inspirational for those around you.
Team or small group coaching
Whether you are a team leader or member with aspirations to be part of a high performing team or a small group of like-minded professionals with a desire to grow, small group coaching can be a great way to experience growth in a collaborative way. Programs are designed around the objectives of the group and are often a combination of regular small group facilitated discussions and one on one coaching sessions. The cohort approach allows for mutual accountability and community and often lends to connection well beyond the coaching program.
equine facilitated learning & development
Yes, equines, as in horses! They are some of the best facilitators of personal and professional growth. Join them in the arena and you will likely experience something quite remarkable. Horses are masters of living in the present moment. They are conscious and non-judgmental beings. And they are downright honest - they will tell it like it is and can help open your eyes to the stories you tell yourself and others everyday. EFL experiences can be incorporated into both the one on one coaching as well as the small group / team coaching programs.
